TWENTY-YEAR-OLD RACER BALTIMORE, Md., May 7.J. T. Temple was a visitor, coming from Virginia. He brings the information that the twenty-year-old racer, Billy Higgs, is looking like a two-year-old and is as sound as a bell of brass. Temple plans to put this old fellow in training again and says that he will win a race with him at Miami next winter. «
