ORDINARY CARD AT OMAHA Thursdays Program at Ak-Sar-Ben Park Given Over to Cheaper Grade of Horses. OMAHA. Neb., June 11. — The progTam today at Ak-Sar-Ben Park was given over to the cheaper class of horses and In no Instance was there any semblance of class competition for the prizes. Despite the absence of any good horses entered a good crowd turned out and these were treated to some spirited and Interesting sport. The opener, a dash of four and a half furlongs for two-year-olds was annexed by Queen Anna Marie, a speedy filly by Wolfs Cry and Spokane Queen which blazed a trail for the others from the rise of the barrier. At the finishing post she showed daylight between herself and Flaxseed with Tolicha taking the small end of the purse. Margaret White and the diminutive Wallis were a winning combination In the second. The mare came on In the stretch to take the measure of Harp of the North and Crimp Ear. Miss Caltha. fresh from her victory of Wednesday, came right back today and won with consummate ease from Ponza Ray and Cap and Gown. Olympiad was the surprise In the fourth when that supposed nonfast track horse scampered home in easy fashion paying better than 12 to 1. The infirm Jim Daisy, a one-time sprinter of quality took a nose decision over Acouchla II. in the fifth with the outsider Jack Paine II. finishing third. Moon Winks spread-eagled her rivals in th.-slxth race to win all the way by a wid-margin. Following in her wake came Amackassin and Kentucky Smiles but their efforts to overhaul the winner were futile Indeed as her speed was dazzling to those behind her.
