ARRIVING AT HAWTHORNE Approximately 150 Horses at Cicero Course — Latest Establishments to Reach Here. ffj Horses are already beginning to arrive at Hawthorne for the meeting which opens on July 2. Approximately 150 horses are now on the grounds. One of the most pretentious strings on the grounds is that of J. G. McGill, in charge of Harry Unna. These horses include Spic and Span, Capistrnno, the Derby representative ; Russell Gardner, I.osh. "Manzana, Wild Heather, Dominique, Fabian and Prince. It. B. Stelle got in from Ixiuisville with George E. Allen, the Derby representative of the Kintz stable; Turner, Dutch Girl. Blue Granite, Omnia and Clarence. J. N. McFadden came in from far-off Oregan with Citizen, Betsinda, Merrimac, Dorothy Pop and Helen Norburg. George Arvin arrived from Iyiuisville also with some horses of Col. P. T. Chinn. W. K. Cole and the IHjrtch string. In the shipment is Adolphus. brother to Sarazen and entered ! in the Chicago Derby; Cow lyncher. Elk- crest, Hester Ann. Sallys Hour, Aristotle, Zeus II.. Stream, Flying Prince, Nona Marie and Ellen Jane. The Pueblo Stable of W. Sims, which raced with some success last year, got in from To- I ronto. In the band are Ebb Tide, Bolivar i Bond, Batsman. Time Exposure, False Face. I Billy Star. Kosman, Pogonip, iking, Kia and Tangerine. A. L, Austin wired from New York that lie was shipping Saturday night three of J. K. Maddens and three of his own. From now on there will be a steady stream of horses into the track.
