SPOT CASH TO RACE SOON Among the Twenty-two Horses J. W. Healy Is Training for Havre de Grace Meeting. BALTIMOKK. Md.. April 1.— The twenty-two horses J. W. Healy will ship from Ben-ning to Havre de Grace for the meeting at that track are headed by the redoubtable Spot Cash, a good stake winner. This stable, in addition, contains useful horses of all grades. Fight are seasoned performers, and the remainder juveniles. The great majority aro the property of A. C. Bostwick. Spot Cash is looking well, and Healy is hoping he will prove tractable at the barrier. It will be remembered that he became sour last fall and had a fashion of wheeling at the start. He has acted kindly in his few chances at the barrier at Benning this spring and will be well drilled at the webbing when he moves on to Havre de Grace. When in the mood. Spot Cash is liable to beat any mans horse at a mile or over. Marc he Militaire. a son of Light Brigade — Margaret Hampson. that cost Mr. Bostwick 0,0011 at Belmont Fark last spring, proved a rank failure in later racing. He is a rangy bay with plenty of speed, which should show to better advantage- this year. I Feddler, f re-am Maker and Hamadan I I should prove themselves useful platers, while j Kosario IL, Chuckles and Brightne-ss are Scheduled to race through the field. The last named is a daughter of Fair Ilay and Bri-dlewise. by Tracery, and highly regarded as a brood mare prospect. Only recently, Mr. Bostwick refused an offer of ,000 for this matron. Among the better regarded youngsters in the string is the colt by King James- Disillusion, the property of Gen. J. A. Buchanan. This fellow is a brother to Prince Hamlet and will Ik- known to racing ;us Lou Piper. General Buchanan also purchased a likely filly from liicle Billy Garth recently in the daughter of Meridian and Dignity. She is a half-sister to the good sprinter, Postillion.
