HUNT LICENSES GRANTED Trainers, Jockeys and Authorized Agents Receive Papers From National Ruling Body. NEW YORK, N. Y., April 6.— At a recent meeting of the executive committee of the board of stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, the following licenses were granted: Trainers — Culton Utz. Sanction was granted to the Westchester Racing Association, the Queens County Jockey Club and the Saratoga Association to give Steeplechases during their meetings in 1920. The following appointments as stewards to represent the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association at these meetings were made: Westchester Racing Association, A. Hoary 1liggin--on, spring and autumn meetings; Queens County Jockey Club, spring meeting. F. S. Yon Stade; autumn meeting, J. K. Davis; Saratoga Association, n. w. Sago and F. S. Von Stade.
