SCAPA FLOW WORKS WELL BALTIMORE. Md.. April 22— Further evidence that Scapa Flow is one of the countrys foremost three-year-olds was furnished at Pimlico yesterday when trainer Scott Harlan sent him over the three-quarters training route in 1 :2:t, with jr..
