CUBAS PRESIDENT VISITOR General Gerardo Machado y Moralies, president of the Cuban republic, is a visitor in Chicago. lYesident Machado is well-known to American turfmen who patronize the Winter meetings at Oriental Park, Cuba, where the Cubans chief executive was often seen in attendance enjoying the races. He is an ardent sportsman and admirer of the thoroughbred.
