BLUE BONNETS IMPROVED TORONTO Ont May 21 Louis Angevine secretary of the Montreal Jockey Club was an arrival He came down from Montreal to consult with the horsemen regarding stable room at Blue Bonnets He reports that many improvements have been made at Blue Bonnets since last fall the most important of which has been an addition to the grandstand This structure which is of steel and concrete has been extended 150 feet which makes it now 300 feet and capable of seating 5000 The mutuel depart ¬ ment is now located under this new structure which affords ample protection to patrons in inclement weather
