DIRECTORS FOR DEVONSHIRE WINDSOR, Ont., March SL— Detroit business men have officially assumed control of the Devonshire track at Windsor, formerly operated by the Western Racing Association. The following now compose the board of directors: Messrs. Roy Carruthers. Ceorge W. Lindholm, Leo. Thomas, Ceorge Collins, Frank P. Book, Herbert C. Book and Burch Foraker. None of the Windsor men who were connected with the old association are included on the new board, nor is the name of I Bradley Wilson, Kentucky turfman and president of the Western Association, men- Itioned in the change of ownership.
