MEMBER OF LICENSE BOARD HOT SPRINGS Ark., April 12— Thomas C. Bradley, who will serve as one of Lie stewards on the Kentucky tracks and also at Lincoln Fields, left here today for Lexington, Ky., to be present at the meeting of the Kentucky license committee Friday, at Lexington. The application for license by trainers and jockeys will be passed on by the committee, of which Mr. Bradley is one of the members. Harry Stutts, who was reare-" here, was an arrival Wednesday to visit his parents. He is undecided for the present if he will apply for reinstatement to the Kentucky Racing Commission.
