ECHO OF POISONING CASE AURORA. 111.. April 19.— Earl Clark, who has been confined in the Kane County jail under four indictments growing out of the poisoning of the horses Elizabeth K. and Apology at the Aurora race track on May 27. 1926, was parolled this morning on his own recognizance after signing a confession of guilt in the poisoning of Elizabeth K. The confessi.ii is in the hands of Clifford R. Trimble, manager of the Aurora track. On the testimony of two physicians Clark is incurably ill. He must report monthly while he lives. Three other indictments are covered by a ,500 bond.
