9 AURORA TURF NOTES 4 « AURORA, 111.. April 30. Other owners that were represented among the shipments here from Kentucky tracks were R. Levine, F. C Moshier and S. Baxter. Three carloads of thoroughbreds reached Exposition Pak Sunday and others were en route from different points today. From Lexington, Ky., came the largest consignments. There were twenty-one horses belonging to the Joliet Stable, in charge of trainer T. M. Doyle. S. McNeills seven horses reached Aurora from Savanah, Ga., where they have been resting since the close of Havana racing. Starter Harry Morrissey arrived Sunday from his farm near Lexington, Ky. Morris-seys son, John, was also an arrival from Toronto, Ont., after his graduation from a university at that city, and will be employed with Morrissey, Sr., here. T. J. Carrolls band, consisting of Cloud Idolizer, Sir Maurice, Dancing and Bright Spangel, will be raced during the meeting. Carroll has the apprentice rider M. Meyer under contract. The Applegate-Gardner-Yan Dusen horses, that are in charge of trainer Bob Steele, arrived at Aurora today. There are a dozen in the consignment. Arrivals here from Tijuana included a band of i*tcers belonging to Stuart Polk. They are quartered at Exposition Park. Polk himself arrived on Sunday and expects three more of his racers to reach here Tuesday, from Lexington, Ky.
