HINDOO AND BEN BRUSH Hindoo and Ben Brush, first in the Derby, in 1881 and 1896, respectively, probably were the most successful of all the Derby winners in the stud. Hindoo sired Hanover, and Ben Brush was the daddy of Broomstick, fame enough for both without mentioning others to their credit.
