BLUE BONNETS DOUBTFUL MONTREAL, Que., Feb. 13 Retirement of Kenneth T. Dawes from racing through the disbanding of the Mount Royal Stable, and the expressed wish of the Canadian Racing Association chairman to withdraw from all active participation in the sport has given rise to a report locally that the Blue Bonnets race track, of which Mr. Dawes is the moving spirit, may not operate this season. It is said that the association has operated at a loss for the past two years.
