McGIFF REPRESENTS STATE JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 21. Walter McGiff, who also represented the Florida State Racing Commission at both Miami meetings, is in charge at St. Johns Park. W. P. Pearce also has charge of the gates for the commission and will come from the Magic city Tuesday.
