RULINGS AT BAINBRIDGE PARK CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 14. Additional rulings by the stewards at Bainbridge Park were as follows: "For practices detrimental to the best interest of the turf, H. Eggleston will be denied all privileges of the track in the future. "For being in an unfit condition to race, the entry of Alvin Sieve will be refused here in the future. "For rough riding in the third race Monday, jockey G. Fowler was suspended for the remainder of the meeting." Fowler was held to blame for Ottie M. being crowded into the inner rail during the third race Monday. E. Sylvia, who had the mount on the latter, had to be taken to the hospital for treatment to an injured foot after the race.
