AURORA MUTUEL CLOSING TIME The mutuel pools at all Illinois meetings this year beginning at Aurora will close the moment the first horse in the parade to the post reaches the barrier it was an ¬ nounced yesterday by George Foster secre ¬ tary of the Illinois Racing Commission who said that the commissioners had determined this at a meeting Monday morning Foster also announced that Oscar Bachman will be director of mutuels at Aurora and that more license applications were received Monday than during the entire month of April The Illinois Racing Commission has licensed 500 trainers riders grooms and agents
