BRADLEY DENIES RUMORS RUMORSSARATOGA SARATOGA SPRINGS N Y July 31 Col E R Bradley owner of the Fair Grounds course at New Orleans who re ¬ cently had it turned back to him when obligations of purchasers could not be kept said that he had made no plans for its use next winter There had been a rumor that the Kentucky breeder and sportsman would conduct a meeting but he was positive in his denial of that rumor He said he had made absolutely no plans up to this time
