EXCLUSIVE DERBY BROADCAST LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 4 According to announcement made by Col. M. J. Winn, the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation has closed with Churchill Downs, Inc., for the exclusive right to broadcast the coming Kentucky Derby. The Columbia network will be used. Negotiations for the privilege has been hanging fire for some time.
