GORDON LOUISVILLE VISITOR LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 4 Alex Gordon, trainer of the E. D. Shaffer and C. B. Shaffer strings now at the latters Coldstream Farm, near Lexington, came over from that Blue Grass metropolis late yesterday and visited the Downs and Douglas Park this morning. He made an inspection of his old barn at the latter track, and while declining to make a definite statement anent plans for the former Shaffers Kentucky Derby eligible, St. Bernard, rather strongly intimated that he may be found at Douglas Park next week. St. Bernard, a son of Bull Dog, full brother to Sir Gallahad III., now standing at Coldstream Stud, won three of eleven engagements, including the Bash-ford Manor Stakes and 2,005 in purses last year.
