INDICT SLAYER OF TWO William Gardner, La Grange Park banker, was indicted by the grand jury on Wednesday for the murder of his two children, Rita Jane, 20, and Donald, 14. Two witnesses were presented to the jury in the person of Martin Gates, a neighbor, and Edward Jones, police- chief of La Grange Park. Gardners statement, made after the fatal shooting, was also read to the jurors.
