WOODBINE GROOMS WALK OUT OUTTORONTO TORONTO Out May 23 Before the horses went to the post in the initial race Friday there was little or no change in the disposition of members of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association and the Incorporated Canadian Racing Asso ¬ ciations body Both parties are still standing pat with the result that entries for the closing day of the Ontario Jockey Club meeting were again late in being released Along about noon a large number of grooms concentrated in the stabling area declaring their sympathy with members of the breeders associa ¬ tion and as the horses paraded to the post in the first race at least forty of them were seen to march right out of the track Although extra police patroled the track this afternoon the wholesale parade of the grooms was orderly at all times Those horsemen who were or ¬ dered off the grounds of the Ontario Jockey Club yesterday left with their horses in orderly Jashion this morning a majority of them shipping right back to their farms where they spent the winter months It also was said that n number of horsemen who are members of the breeders association have been denied stabling quarters at Thorncliffe Park to which track the local racing scene switches on Monday
