PASS ILLINOIS RACING BILL BILLSPRINGFIELD SPRINGFIELD 111 May 27 The LantzFribley Bill which provides for a new threemember board to replace the present racing commission and 2 per cent state tax on parimtituel wagering was passed by the Illinois House today by the overwhelming margin of 134 to 3 The bill now goes to Gov Dwight Green for his signature when if endorsed it will become a law It is estimated that the bill will produce 1000000 additional revenue for the state in one year yearIt It also provides for a daily license fee for all of the tracks
