CAPTAIN RAYS PARTY PARTYCOLLINSVILLE COLLINSVILLE 111 May 27 Frederic Crafton Fairmount Park official received word from Captain Frank Ray who con ¬ structed the LeGarde General Hospital at New Orleans for the United States Govern ¬ ment and who was transferred to Fort Ben ¬ jamin Ind to construct a hospital there that he would be here for the opening Cap ¬ tain Ray stated he was bringing along his staff which includes Lieutenants Stevens Ray Broderick Boggs and Benjamin Ac j cording to Captain Ray he and his staff will be here for the weekend
