HBP A Will Holds Its First National Confab in Chicago ChicagoBOSTON BOSTON Mass May 18 Maj Tom McCreery president of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protec ¬ tive Association came from New York to preside over a meeting of the New England division of theas sociation Besides routine business that was transacted it was decided the first national convention will be held on June 9 and 10 at Chicago ChicagoAll All members of the committee were on hand with the exception of treas ¬ urer H O Simmons who had been called to Illinois due to serious ill ¬ ness of his brother John McDowell W E Charles Jr O L Foster Harold Young and Jimmy Vaughan were those who conferred with presi ¬ dent McCreery MAJ TOM McCREERY President of the Horsemens Benevolent Protective Association has announced that the first national meeting of the HBPA will be held in Chicago on June 9 and 10
