Illinois Owners and Breeders Plan Another Business Session SessionSTICKNEY STICKNEY 111 June 12 The Illinois Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Asso ¬ ciation held a dinner meeting in down ¬ town Chicago last night and informally discussed matters of interest to them and their organization So many of the mem ¬ bers were prevented from attending last nights meeting it was decided to hold an ¬ other business session early in the Arling ¬ ton Park meeting at Washington Park At that time there will be an election of offi ¬ cers and the transaction of the associa ¬ tions business businessAmong Among those who attended last nights dinner were Harry Herendeen president Karl Mayer secretarytreasurer and James Chesney a vicepresident of the Horse ¬ mens Benevolent and Protective Associa ¬ tion
