Cooke Sells Sales Arena LEXINGTON, Ky., April 3.— L. R. Cooke, who purchased the Lexington Sales paddocks at public auction two weeks ago, announced today he sold the sales arena ta the Breeders Sales, Inc. The building will be dismantled and removed to Keeneland. Ground already has been broken on which the building will stand and the sod removed to the Picadome golf course. Hal Price Headley acted for the Breeders Sales, Inc.
