; s r e I j , . . j , j Emmett Hileman Appointed Randall Racing Secretary CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 3.— Emmett Hileman, veteran official on major tracks in Chicago, Florida and the East, has been appointed racing secretary at North Randall, Leo Echle, official of the Ohio track, announced here today. Appointment, of Hileman followed an interview with Echle, who is here in the in-T terests of the 21-day meeting which opens outside of Cleveland on May 11. "Hileman will head a nationally-known set of officials recruited from the best meetings in this country," Echle said. "He has spent a lifetime in the sport, and among major services he has been in the offices at Arlington Park, Pimlico, Hialeah, Suffolk Downs and Narragansett Park." I ; 1 t I ! .
