1 , Keep Tropical Oval Open CORAL GABLES, Fla.. April 8.— Delay in shipping horses to northern and western points, brought on by the shortage of ex- press cars, means that the last of the thoroughbreds who campaigned here through the winter will not be able to get away before-mid April. At least, so indicate present conditions. For this reason the Tropical Park oval will be kept in condition for their training longer than has been the usual custom.
