Beulahs Victory Meet Dates Given Approval ApprovalGROVE GROVE CITY Ohio June 15 Dates for a threeday Victory meet ¬ ing at Beulah Park were allotted today by the Ohio Stale Racing Commission according to an an ¬ nouncement by R J Dienst presi ¬ dent and general manager of the Grove City oval ovalThe The Victory meeting will be staged July 1 3 4 under the auspices of the Beulah Park Jockey Club and the entire net proceeds will be do noted to the National War Fund Last year five charity days were held realizing 21825 for the National War Fund and the management is hopeful that this figure will be sur ¬ passed during the threeday session in 1944 Condition books for the threeday Victory meeting will be released the latter part of this week by racing secretary Eugene Bury A minimum purse of 500 is offered with two handicaps scheduled for Saturday July 1 and Tuesday July 4 carrying an endowment of 1000 each
