Hanlon Testifies in His Own Behalf in Aldred Trust Case CaseBOSTON BOSTON Mass June 15 Gordon B Hanlon head of the Aldred Investment Trust and president of Suffolk Downs which is controlled by the local financial organization today testified in Federal Court that he and his associates had no intentions of liquidating the racing course at the end of the current session Hanlon further stated that the project is a highly profitable one oneDefending Defending himself against a stock ¬ holders suit for his removal and appoint ¬ ment of a receiver for the Aldred Trust Hanlon declared that at the end of the fiscal year next March the trust would have assets of approximately 3000000 in cash and bonds bondsHanlon Hanlon said that the local track would still be a part of the Aldred Trusts assets at the end of the year and after he was questioned stated that the track was op ¬ erating in a very profitable manner and would undoubtedly continue to be so long as racing is permitted in the Common ¬ wealth of Massachusetts
