Most River Downs Officials Will Serve at Fort Steuben SteubenCINCINNATI CINCINNATI Ohio June 15 Hender ¬ son Van Zandt who will serve as racing secretary for the Fort Steuben meeting is pleased over the number of horsemen plan ¬ ning to ship from River Downs for the eastern Ohio meeting which will get under way Saturday July 15 15Practically Practically the same officials in charge of the River Downs session will supervise the sport at Fort Steuben In addition to Van Zandt stewards James F Gallagher and Harry Allshouse have been engaged as well as starter Frank Kelley J L Red Watkins clerk of scales and Dr L M Holmes paddock and placing judge
