Three Arlington Stakes Nominations Close Today TodayHOMEWOOD HOMEWOOD 111 June 16 At ¬ tention of horsemen is called to the closing tomorrow night June 17 of three Arlington stakes namely the 50000 added Stars and Stripes Handicap for threeyearolds and upward at a mile and an eighth to be run July 4 the 10000 added Equipoise Mile for threeyearolds and upward down for decision June 24 and the 10000 added Hyde Park Stakes for twoyearolds at five and onehalf furlongs which coming on June 21 will be the first stake of the meeting meetingSix Six of the ArlingtonWashington stakes closed for nominations last November and no supplementary en ¬ tries will be accepted this year Other closings are scheduled after the meeting gets under way with the Princess Doreen Stakes for three yearold fillies at six furlongs on Wednesday June 21 for its running a week hence pn June 28
