Boy Anglers Winning Streak Now at Three Gullatt Colorbeorer Encounters Little Trouble in Latest Tally PAWTUCKET. R. I.. June 1— Boy Angler, aged son of Burgoo King and Beauty Slave, kept his 1945 record clear when he carried Walker Gullatts silks to an easy victory today in the featured Oak Hill Purse at Narragansett Park. Boy Angler had no difficulty whipping his seven rivals in the six furlongs sprint, coasting to the wire three and a half lengths before Mrs. Weston W. Adams Cavatorta. second by two and a half lengths over C M Stables Republican. Jockey Rocco Sisto. who rode Boy Angler in two previous winning starts at the local course this season, sent the victor to the front after a brief skirmish with Harpsichord and then permitted his mount to make his own pace during the run to the wire. Boy Angler, installed an odds-on choice by the crowd of 10.000 present for the sport, paid but .00 after winning his third purse in as many starts. Running time over the fast track was lrll2!. S. W. Shapoff sent War Page out to win the five and a half furlongs fifth event and the gelded son of Flag Pole held a length and a half advantage over Mrs. L. Wolfs Dansation at the final marker. Brosnan and Halleys Don Miller, who cut out the early pace, lasted to save third, another length and a half back, downing the six others. War Page, ridden by Herb Claggett, was favored at 7-to-10 and ran the distance in 1:0525.
