Fairmount Park Rulings COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 22.— The stewards of the Fairmount Park Jockey Club issued the following rulings today: Ruling No. 5: For false swearing and conduct unbecoming to racing, H. F. Broadway and the horse Red Moss have been suspended indefinitely and his case referred to the Illinois Racing Board. "Ruling No. 6 : For misrepresentation and false swearing of ownership and trainers licenses 1944-45, all horses owned and trained by E. A. Dunn are suspended indefinitely and case referred to the Illinois Racing Board. The horses involved are Black Bear, Gayle F., Freelands Own. Happy Days, Kai-Hl, Orange River and Porteau."
