One Twilight Card Weekly OMAHA, Neb., June 23.— The Ak-Sar-Ben board of directors have officially designated that each Thursday racing program throughout the meeting will be offered on a "twilight" basis, the first race to start at 4:15 p. m. This action was taken after the enthusiastic reception accorded twilight racing by Omaha followers of the sport in the trial given the late starting time here last Thursday.
