Catlett Back in Mufti AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 26— Dr. James G. Catlett, who served with distinction as a lieutenant colonel in Burma and far eastern campaigns, is back in mufti and has resumed his post as chief veterinarian in charge of The Jockey Clubs ■ bureau of thoroughbred identification.
