MISS EMMALEE, showing good speed, moved with a rush approaching the stretch and wore down TREVISCOT in the final stages. LIBERATOR, forwardly placed early, moved to TREVISCOT between calls and faltered, but recovered quickly and finished well. TREVISCOT faltered after getting to the front SLOVAK was slow to get going and closed fast. SAUANA MARIA, shuffled back somewhat on the far turn, came well when clear. TAKE LITTLE showed nothing. HOPEDALE improved his position gradually, was rushed up from the inside in the stretch and was up at the end. FLOYSAN contributed to the defeat of JANE HULL and showed briefly in front in the stretch, but could not hold his speed. PATS SUN moved very fast from the outside rounding the far turn and faltered inside the final furlong. JANE HULL set the pace as far as she could. RING STAR had no excuse. TRACTION lacked speed. BOILED BRISKET moved forward resolutely from a slow beginning and scored from the outside in a drive. FIVE-THIRTY duelled with MEMORIES BEST, saved ground and faltered after getting to the front. MINOTIRA raced with the first flight, showed speed in spots and gave way in the final seventy yards. MEMORIES BEST tired from his effort at pressing and setting the pace. SWEEPING LADY raced evenly. TEE BOY moved fast from the middle of the track entering the stretch and held MARYS BEST safe at the end. MARYS BEST alternated with NORTH DAKOTA setting and pressing the pace, but could not match strides with the winner when the latter moved. NORTH DAKOTA, showing good speed, saved ground, but tired through the final three-sixteenths. RED LOOK had some early speed. TRAVELER B. showed little. HARRIELLEN had some speed in spots. EXPEDITE improved his position from the outside between calls, then faltered. TOPRIDGE was rushed up from along the rail entering the stretch as the leaders swerved. LADY YVONNE quit in the run home. WHIZZ BROOK lacked speed. SLIGHT EDGE, pinched off entering the stretch as she was moving forward, was forced to be dropped back. SIXTH RACE 3-4 MILE out of chute. AIR DEFENSE lost ground moving forward, attempted to reach the winner when the latter faltered entering the stretch, was not quite good enough, but finished best of the others. BAYTREE BOMBER, outrun early, improved his position from the outside and showed a game effort. JONS closed ground the faltering horses. Darting STAR flattened out. MISS JULIE Y. was done early.
