WAR COMMUNIQUE, steadied early moved to the pace from the outside, bore over on GILT EDGE in the stretch and scored under a drive. GILT EDGE quickly opened up a good lead, shortened stride rounding the far turn and was forcibly taken up when the winner lugged over. COLLEEN SUE made a move rounding the far turn, then gave way. PRIME MINISTER moved to the front from the outside, lengthened on opposition in the backstretch, shortened stride after entering the stretch, swung out and outgamed KINGS FEAST. The latter gave way to PRIME MINISTER early, was forced out somewhat entering the stretch, went to the inside of the winner, bul could not overhaul the latter. MILLER BOY, slow to begin, made up ground when too late. BORDER BLITZ raced some in spots. BIRD OGOLD was not too well handled early. BUSTER DEWEY showed nothing. Scratched 23406 Jisuna, 112.
