YMCA Branch Now Available For Belmont Park Employes EmployesBELMONT BELMONT PARK Elmont L I N Y May 27 The YMCA recently opened a branch at Elmont which was quickly rec ¬ ognized as a boon to the community Bel monts secretarytreasurer Alex M Robb received a letter from Herbert S Cdmstock Jr executive secretary and chairman Steinbrenner inviting employes of the Westchester Racing Association to be guests on Mondays And Wednesdays from 730 to 1030 p m mOn On Mondays recreational facilities will be available including table tennis check ¬ ers and chess The crafts room library and ready rooms will also be open to the young men On Wednesdays starting at 730 continuous movies will be shown for all employes as well as grooms and all other stable men menWhen When building materials are available and the current housing situation is re ¬ lieved Belmont Park will have its own recr reation hall Many from the stable area have taken advantage of the YMCAs new hospitality and are loud in their praise of it
