PhotoChart Sues del Riccio RiccioLOS LOS ANGELES Calif May 27 Lorenzo del Riccio inventor of the photograph fin ¬ ish camera used at many race courses by PhotoChart has been made defendant in two suits filed by the latter asking for a total of 161158 Originally formed by Bing Crosby E E Fogelson William Le baron and Bogart Rogers the company claims that del Riccio agreed to join them in enforcing his claim to the patent rights on the process and with suits now pending in federal courts and another contem ¬ plated in England the inventor has failed to foot his share of the legal bill or to give needed testimony regarding his invention
