Narragansett Announces Full List of Officials OfficialsEddie Eddie Blind Takes Over Starter Position Held by G Wingfield WingfieldPAWTUCKET PAWTUCKET R I June 4 With ap ¬ proval granted by the state racing commis ¬ sion as required by the Rhode Island rules of racing Narragansett Park today an ¬ nounced the full list of officials who will serve during the 30day summer meeting which opens Monday and runs through July 10 10The The announcement reveals only one change has been made from the men who served at Narragansett last season Ed ¬ ward Eddie R Blind taking over as starter in place of George R Buddy Wingfield the Narragansett starter for many seasons who has a conflicting en ¬ gagement at Hollywood Park in California CaliforniaR R Norman Charlton and John P Turner return as association stewards while Ed ¬ ward J Fenelon Jr will occupy his usual position as state steward James H Door ley will be the assistant steward in charge of parimutuel control and Leo OTDonnell will again be the steward representing the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association AssociationThe The other officials follow Racing secre ¬ tary and handicapper M C Shea placing judges Henry J Carroll Edward T Dooley and Kenneth Mclntosh patrol judges James Butwell Harry Fiske and Arthur Hunt clerk of scales O E Pons Jr pad ¬ dock judge and timer Vincent Mara mu tuel director Mortimer M Mahoney vet ¬ erinarian Dr E J Cole
