OwnerTrainer M D Myers Suspended in Chinook Ruling RulingVICTORIA VICTORIA PARK Calgary Alta June 7 The following ruling under date of May 28 was issued by the stewards of the Chi ¬ nook Jockey Club whose meeting closed today at this track trackUpon Upon report of the analyst that the saliva taken from the horse Border Scout which won the sixth race on May 24 was postive for benzedrine owner and trainer M D Myers and the horse Border Scout are suspended for 30 racing days the ruling to terminate July 0 1948 It is also ordered that the money won by Border Scout this day is declared forfeited and the purse distributed as follows followsFirst First money 455 to Mataco owned by Golden Heart Stable StableSecond Second money 140 to Divulge owned by Kingsway Stable StableThird Third money 70 to Toomuch owned by H J Percy PercyFourth Fourth money 35 to Katonga owned by Pincher Creek Stable
