Judge Hears Beulahs Turf Laws Protest ProtestCOLUMBUS COLUMBUS Ohio June 10 Beulah Parks protest against six of the changes in the Ohio racing laws recently adopted by the State Racing Commission was heard yesterday by Judge Joseph M Clifford in Franklin County Common Pleas Court CourtClifford Clifford ordered both sides to file written briefs His decision in the case is not expected for a month or six weeks weeksOne One of the rules protested by the Beulah management is the mandatory installation of a totalisator or electric selling ma ¬ chine for all tracks more than threequarters of a mile in circumference According to the Beulah protest the tote rule is discriminatory and unfair
