QUEENLIKE II. FILLY IS NOT READY. Lexington, Ky., August 17. T. C. McDowell has a likely looking band of yearlings by AIIan-a-Dale at Ashland Farm and they will shortly lie put into training. Mr. McDowell was at home for a day or two this week and said that it is not probable that his imnimed two-year-old half-sister to Kings Daughter will start in the Futurity or any other race this year. She is still with his horses in training at Sbeepshead Bay", but she has been off nearly all season and lie is thinking seriously of putting her aside until her threc-y ear-old form. Mr. McDowells most recent sale is the disposition of the racing qualities of the four-year-old chestnut filly Banner, by Batten Our Flag to J. W. Colt." Banner is a bright prospect for stecplechasing, but when Mr. Colt is done racing her she is to come back to Ashland.
