KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSION. Lexington, Ky., September 1".. The State Racing Commission meets here tomorrow morning. Colonel Clays amendment to the rules, which will prohibit a bookmaker from booking at a point where his horses are running, will also come before the commission. Tins was also laid over from the last meeting, owing to the illness of Colonel Clay. As. he will be on hand tomorrow the commission will act on it. and from what can lie learned it will be adopted. It is expected that Churchill Downs will get thirty days racing following Latonia. Douglas Park will not bo used. The ease of jockey T. Taylor, suspended at Latonia for alleged fraudulent riding, will also be decided.
