BUTLER NEEDS NO HELP. Louisville, Ky., December 25. James Butler, the , New York merchant who owns the Umpire City track at Yonkers, is the Christmas guest of M. J. Winn, general manager of both tracks i at New Orleans and who also occupied I that position during the meeting at Yonkers . . last August . "There will be no conflict of dates at the Yonkers track," said Mr. Winn, "the matter having been fully handled by both 1 tlie Racing Commission and the stewards of the Jockey Club. The stories that Cella and Rhinock : are financially interested in the Yonkers track are absurd. Mr. Butler has a big yearly income nnd does not need any outside aid." Mr. Butler, who was standing by, smilingly gave assent to everything Mr. Winn said.
