HOT SPRINGS RACING PLANS. The Business Mens League of Hot Springs, Ark., has issued a call for a special meeting next week, when the style of bill to be presented to the legislature in repeal will be discussed. A proposed plan will call for the appointment of a commission in this county which may supervise a fall and spring meeting each year of not more than forty-five days each, and a six-day meet to be permitted during the progress of the Arkansas State Fair. The plan is to alternate the racing, permitting a card to be run but three or four days in each week, except during fair week.
