| FORT ERIE TURF NOTES ! FORT ERIK. Ont, June 26. The Beacom Manor Stable, in charge of George K. Phillips, will be shipped to Maple Heights at the conclusion of the meeting here. Jockey F. Horn departed from here last evening to join the S. N. Holman stable at Fairmount Park. J. W. Dayton, J. R. Sabine and F. D Uobie will entrain for Connaught Park at the end of the meeting Saturday. Maid of Orleans, the property of W. J. Salmon, was jumped on during the running of the Toui-aine Iurse Wednesday and will be on the shelf for some time. Starter W. M. Murray was an arrival here to interest horsemen in the coming meeting to Niagara Falls while he received the approval of the following owners that intend to ship there: F. Farraro. . B. Shafer. W. Russell. J. Raush, S. Richardson. J. Mcllmurray, A. Bulcroft. Two claims were filed Friday afternoon in which J. W. Foreman claimed Compromise, winner of the third, for .2." 0 and Mrs. T. J. Donahue represented by High Heart took Foreland out of the fourth fur ,000. C. F. Clark has arranged to ship his string direct to Connaught Park on Sunday. W. A. Porter, agent of the J. K. L. Rosa stable, has announced that the annual sale of horses in training would be held on the grounds of the Windsor Jockey Club during the first meeting. Details as to the date will be published later. Horsemen here contributed MJfi to the fund for the widow of C. J. Brockmiller. Starter Kddie Thomas was an arrival here, to remain for a few days of the sport before proceeding to the Homewood track, where he will fill the position of starter for the first two days, until the arrival of W. Snyder. J. H. Shea claimed Ferrash. following hia victory in the third race fcr ,500. while G. W. Fireman added another to his increasing string by taking Rosa Yeta out of the same race for the same price.
