Tall-wood was claimed by the Bay Ridge Stable. John Rogan, who was associated with John Walters, dean of the club set for majiy years, ha.a become a commissioner by his own right. Arthur Hanley arrived today in time to l attend the races at Jamaica. He left Hot Sptings. Ark., five days ago, but was delayed on account of the flood in the Mississippi Valley.
